As a seasoned brand and web designer, I’ve seen it all, from the thrilling highs to the challenging lows. I’ve worked alongside prestigious brands such as Adobe and Behance, honing my craft and expanding my knowledge. My experience is the foundation of the resources and guidance I offer today.

Why the Shift from Designer to Coach?
The shift from designer to coach was a natural progression in my journey. While I loved the creative aspect of design, I found a deeper passion in guiding others towards their own success. I realized that my expertise could be a catalyst for your growth.
Watching designers with boundless potential struggle to define their target clients, price their work fairly, and create a strong foundation for their business was the driving force behind this shift. I knew I could offer them more than just design – I could offer them empowerment.

TLDR: It didn’t happen overnight
2011
Just graduated college, pregnant, about to get married and job hunting. I landed a job but they turned me down after I told them I was pregnant.
2013
Started a design blog and took a Women’s Econminc Vetures, completing with a business plan for freelance design.
2014
My blog tuneded into a side-hustel, and Three Feathers Design was born.
2015
My daughter was born and I took my side hustle full time! I still struggled to make ends meet and was severely under charging for a few years to come.
2020
Decided to hop on the Tiktok trend and was able to connect with so many amazing designers. They all hand such similar questions that I decided to start creating resouces and course to help answer them, all while continuing to with with dreamy design clients and making six figures from my design services.
2023
Spent all of our school breaks travelling and having fun because I now live in financial and schedule security.
2009
Worked my way through college paying the bills by working as a chalk artist at Trader Joe’s
2012
Started working full time as an in-house designer making barely enough to pay for my son’s day care. Craved creative, financial and schedule freedom.
2019
I invested in coaching with a design business mentor, rebranded, moved into a studio space and had my first six figure year.
2021
Launched Brand Process Savvy helping hundreds of designers refine and streamline their design process.
NOW
I’m ready to grow my educational resources and coaching beyond a side offering on my studio. This site and my services are dedicated to helping designer reach their full potential!
